PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN DOCUMENTS FROM UNIVERSITY
University provides the following documents to the Students after successfully
completion of their course as per requirement :
Provisional Certificate
Original Degree/Diploma Certificate
Duplicate mark sheet
Consolidated marksheet cum Provisional Certificate
Bonafide Certificate
Migration Certificate
The following Procedure is to be adopted for obtaining the above mentioned documents from the University : -
1. The Student is required to approach through Program Study centers for obtaining
the above mentioned documents. If Program Study centers has been closed then
they can approach directly to Regional Service Division,Jaipur.
2. A candidate who has been declared successful at the university examination
becomes entitled to the award of Degree / Diploma / Certificate.
3. The Prescribed Fee for obtaining such documents are as follow :
Provisional Certificate : Rs. 100/-
Original Degree/Diploma Certificate : Rs. 200/-
Duplicate mark sheet : Rs. 200/-
Consolidate cum Provisional Certificate : Rs. 200/-
Bonafide Certificate : Rs. 100/-
Migration Certificate : Rs. 100/-
The Prescribed Fee should be paid in the form of DD in name of “Registrar,JRN
Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Deemed University, payable at Udaipur” . Demand draft must be in separate form for all the students .
4. In order to get the required Certificate / Original Degree / Mark sheet , the
student will have to attach photocopy of all semesters/years mark sheets of that
particular course with the prescribed proforma and DD of required fees as well as
th filled Annexure-A i.e; undertaking form with attested zerox copies of 10 & 10+2
marksheet.
5. The University will issue the Certificate / Degree / Mark sheet within 6 month
after submission of an application in the University Regional Service Division ,
Jaipur .
6. All correspondence must be directed to The Controller, Regional Office ,JRN
Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Deemed University, 93 , Parshwanath Colony , Ajmer Road,
Jaipur .
7. Duplicate Documents To obtain duplicate document from the university the candidate should apply
along with an Affidavit on Stamped Paper worth Rs. 10 /- from the Notary and a
copy of FIR for the loss of the document. The Affidavit must be from the place of
Program Study centers of the students. Duplicate document shall be issued to the candidates on their applying for the
same provided the Controller of Examination is satisfied that the Original
documents / marksheet has really been lost/destroyed. In such cases documents
may be granted to him on payment of prescribed fee. For this purpose candidate
Should apply through Director of Program Study centers and Controller of
Regional Service Division, Jaipur . If Program Study centers has been closed then they can approach through
Regional Service Division,Jaipur.
In any case the University will not entertain any application directly.
8. For obtaining Bonafide cum Provisional certificate it is necessary to attach the
original TC/Migration Certificate of the institution attended for the last
qualification.
9. The Application will be accepted only when:-
It contains the DD of prescribed fees as well as it should be separate for each
students
It contains the properly filled prescribed Application form
It should contain the attested zerox copies of all previous semester/year
marksheet/Training certificates*.
It contains an undertaking form(Annexure-A) along with zerox of attested
th th 10 & 12 Marksheet.
10. For Migration Certificate
For obtaining the migration certificate, one is required to deposit his/her original
Migration certificate of the last institution with the other documents.
Note :- * The courses on which training is applicable, for that Training certificates issued by the Head of the clinic/Hospital where training was incurred.
For the issuing of the marksheet of final semester/year , you are required to send the attested
zerox copy of all the previous semesters/years marksheet of that particular course.
